These boats are rmade with wood and annealed steel wire. They are tiny and delicate. I like that.

The cups of the bras are m
ade with cast iron thread-spool holders from an old Carters & Sons factory in Lebanon, NH. The rolled steel parts were plotted and cut by Steve Bronstein at Blackthorne Forge in Marshfield, VT.

All these pieces have elements made with sheet steel cut with a hand-held or computer-driven plasma arc cutter.

These teapots are made with wood and previously used fittings of various kinds

Teapots in Action!
These teapots have been featured in a 2002 stop-action film I made called The March of the Teapots. They've also been used in a number of installations.
Curious Lifeforms
I make sculptures out of natural and human-made materials.
